Who I Am
My name is Sharon Lang and I’m so glad you’re here!
I am an Oklahoma Certified Elementary and Special Education Teacher, Writer, and Copywriter.
Teaching students with special needs has taught me how to understand the differences in learners, the importance of scaffolding, and how honest encouragement effects a child. I’ve taught students with Dyslexia, Autism, ADD, ADHD, Written Expression Disorders, dysgraphia, and the list goes on.
I truly believe learning takes all kinds of forms. And the more fun, the more absorbed the information is, this is why I created Ardmore Creative Studio.
What is Ardmore Creative Studio?
Ardmore Creative Studio is a home-based school where 3, 4, & 5 years olds get ready for kindergarten as well as strengthen your child’s personal (soft) skills to become better verbal communicators with imaginative play, while becoming critical thinkers for outside-the-box thinking to build confident minds.
At Ardmore Creative Studio, we practice communication, creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and presentation skills in a positive social setting. Getting prepared for kindergarten readiness, along with building social skills, will help your child thrive in social settings and be more prepared for their next year.
